- TF1000 : High Purity 99.9% Al203-TiC material recommended for RIE processing
- TF800 : An average 0.5 micron grain size for excellent surface finish results after Ion-Milling
- TF400L : A popular material offering excellent slicing performance
Kyocera's Al203-TiC Substrates are available Bare or with ABC and Serialization.
